About Me

Welcome to my website…a fun adventure for me and one that I hope will be both enjoyable and informative for you.

I’m an Iowa girl, born and raised. I have spent most of my life here in the Cedar Valley where I’ve enjoyed some of life’s richest blessings and those that I call family are some of the biggest. My active and fun-loving parents also live in Waterloo where they continue to give of their talents to help others on a daily basis. My two sisters live in large, exciting cities, which are great places to visit. Then there are my sons, Matt, Chad, and Rich, Chris, Sean, and Jason, and one precious daughter, Tiffany. They and their families have filled my life with amazing lessons and truth. I continue to learn from them all.

The love of my life and greatest inspiration is my husband, Bob. He is an amazing human being. I am grateful and humbled to call him my best friend and partner. Bob’s children have blessed us with eleven grandchildren to date. What a wonderful time we have together.

The times I love most in my life are when I’m preparing meals for our children, biking, reading, cheering the Hawks on (especially when they are winning) and of course caring for my clients. I have spent this past decade working hard to finish my degrees, gaining valuable experience with my colleagues in Waverly, who will always hold a special place in my heart, and now look forward to realizing the dream of private practice.
